By accessing or using DimVoices (“Platform,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
DimVoices is an online platform that connects voice talent, scriptwriters, and clients for creative and commercial projects. We provide a marketplace only and are not a party to agreements formed between users.
You keep ownership of content you upload (voice samples, scripts, profile content). By uploading content, you grant DimVoices a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and promote it on the Platform.
Some features may require payment. Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
You agree not to post illegal content, harass others, infringe copyrights, commit fraud, attempt to disrupt the platform, or misuse other users' content.
DimVoices values transparency regarding the use of artificial intelligence in creative projects. Creators posting jobs on the platform must clearly disclose if a project involves artificial intelligence, synthetic voice generation, voice cloning, or AI training.
Talent using the platform may choose whether they wish to view or participate in AI-related projects through available platform settings.
Users agree not to use voice recordings obtained through DimVoices for unauthorized AI training, voice cloning, or synthetic voice generation unless such usage is clearly disclosed and explicitly agreed upon as part of the project.
DimVoices provides the platform for creators and talent to connect but is not responsible for agreements, disputes, or misuse of content between users.
The Platform is provided “as is.” DimVoices is not liable for user disputes, lost profits, payment issues between users, or indirect damages. Use the Platform at your own risk.
