DimVoices is a platform that helps voice actors, scriptwriters, and creators connect, collaborate, and complete projects. We may update the platform and these Terms from time to time.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
- You are responsible for activity on your account.
- We can suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Marketplace Rules
- Creators must describe jobs clearly (requirements, budget, deadlines).
- Talent must deliver original work and follow agreed project terms.
- Disputes should be handled professionally; harassment is not allowed.
4. Payments & Fees
Payments may be processed through Stripe. Platform fees may apply and will be shown where relevant. Subscription access and renewal rules are described on the Subscriptions page.
5. Artificial Intelligence & Synthetic Voice Usage
DimVoices values transparency regarding the use of artificial intelligence in creative projects. Our platform is primarily designed to connect creators with real human voice actors, scriptwriters, and other creative talent.
AI Disclosure in Job Postings
Creators posting jobs on DimVoices must clearly disclose if a project involves artificial intelligence, synthetic voice generation, voice cloning, or AI training.
Talent may choose whether they wish to view or participate in AI-related projects through available platform settings.
To maintain an authentic voice acting marketplace, DimVoices does not permit profiles or portfolios that exclusively advertise fully AI-generated or synthetic voice performances as voice acting talent.
Voice actor profiles must represent real human performers providing their own vocal performances.
AI-assisted tools used for audio editing, noise reduction, enhancement, or production are permitted, provided the underlying vocal performance is performed by a human.
AI-Related Projects
This policy does not prohibit AI-related job postings. Creators may continue to post projects involving artificial intelligence as long as the use of AI is properly disclosed and the project complies with DimVoices' policies.
Voice Recording Protection
Users agree not to use voice recordings obtained through DimVoices for unauthorized AI training, voice cloning, or synthetic voice generation unless such usage is clearly disclosed and explicitly agreed upon as part of the project.
Policy Enforcement
DimVoices reserves the right to remove profiles, portfolios, or content that violate this policy and may restrict or suspend accounts when necessary.
DimVoices provides the platform for creators and talent to connect but is not responsible for agreements, disputes, or misuse of content between users, subject to applicable law.
6. User Content
- You keep ownership of content you upload, unless you license it to others as part of a job.
- You grant DimVoices permission to host and display your content for platform operation.
- Do not upload content you don’t have rights to use.
7. Prohibited Use
- No fraud, impersonation, or misleading job posts.
- No hate, harassment, explicit illegal content, or doxxing.
- No hacking, scraping, or attempting to bypass security.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, or if required to comply with law or platform safety.
9. Disclaimers & Liability
DimVoices is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that projects will result in payment, work, or opportunities. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DimVoices is not liable for indirect damages.
